Sanjay Wadekar is the founder of Wadekar Group of Companies. A civil Engineer by education, construction runs through his heart. After having successful career of 6 years in construction industry, he stepped decided to become an Entrepreneur. He specialises in construction management of large projects such as residential and commercial building, warehousing, industrial sheds, roads, airports, metro projects. He has experience in delivering several high rise tower buildings projects. He has executed projects for several reputed clients like Tata Housing, Shapoorji Pallonji, Omkar, JMC Projects, Kalpataru, L&T, Mahindra Lifespace & Kean Construction Kec International.
Ajay Wadekar is the director of the company. He is graduate in electronics and telecommunication. He has total 11 years experience in this feild and has been trying to implement the latest tecnologies advancements & in construction such as artificial intelligence and robotics which facilitates accuracy and quicker construction, saving time, money and other resources.
Deepti wadekar is the admin and hr head of the company for last 4 years. She has accomplished the post graduate degree in arts and B.Ed from Nagpur university. She has been performing HR -related duties in the functional areas of benefit administration, employee recruitment, relations, policy implementation as well as administration and opration duties, it over sight and vender.
